in time adv.及时He gets here in time.
他及时赶到了这里.on time adv.准时如:You must get here on time.你必须准时达这里.

on time准时 如:Will the train arrive on time?火车会准时到达吗?in time及时.如:They were just in time for the bus.他们及时赶上了公共汽车。
