Have you ever considered how many potential customers will not redial your phone due to failing to get through.Many sellers assume it as a matter of fact that customers will be patient and wait , and it's unnecessary to tell them the fact that the line is engaged.If the potential customers could hear some familiar voices, they would be willing to wait for a while and dial it again .

Have you ever thinked of how many underlying client servers to dial the phone of your corporation is not successful,consequently giving up dialing again?Many companys take for granted that customers will wait patiently,and it is no need to tell them the known truth-the phone line is busy.
