Beating kelp alginate extraction and storage of researchIn this article, This article was about the research of beating fresh kelp storage ,industrialization about direct extractionfrom kelp serum was briefly discussed，and we made sure the optimum technologcial conditions.Fresh seaweed beating process are: fresh kelp soaked with cold water first 20min, then the flow of water desalination 10min wash, and then in the liquid than 1:1, temperature 20 ℃ conditions, within the speed beater 10000/min beating 70s, received 0.025% slurry by adding preservatives, -7 ℃ in sealed storage temperature. Extraction of sodium alginate were: seaweed pulp as raw material, with acetic anhydride: acetic acid: hydrogen peroxide: water in proportion 4:1:5:20 for decolorization in the next 45 ~ 50 ℃ with 3% Na2CO3 digestion 3h, and then filtering the filtrate to 10% of the HCl adjusted pH7, and then 10% CaCl2 calcium analysis, and then filtering, plus 15% NaCl for ion exchange, and finally 95% ethanol by adding sodium alginate precipitation.
