I have gotten a job recently, at the beginning of the job everything went very smooth ,but these few days my registed money always short.I suspected two of my co-workers have setted me up,but I don\'t have any evidences .Before those two co-worker seem so nice,they never give me attitued or anythink,I don\'t know what did i do wrong .I am a kindaperson whodon\'t know (and don\'t want )toflatter people.I reallywant to keep this job,and I don\'t want to argue with them,but if your short the registed money, people would think you have done something,this is not just about money ,it is about reputation too .I am so stress out.
I think the first thing for you to do is to check things out without others\' attention or awareness. After all, it is your registered money not theirs, so you should have a control over that, right? Don\'t let your boss know it unless neccessary, since it wil leave a bad impression on him/her; and be tolerant, since everbody makes mistakes. Maybe your co-workers need the money desperately, and you can offer them your sincere help.By the way:Your English is so poor, I should say. There are plenty of grammer mistakes and spelling mistakes also that I can\'t make it clear. Can you articulate yourself in Chinese if you don\'t have a good command of English?
