iga肾病综合症尿蛋白高怎么治好？

患者信息：女32岁经肾穿刺后确诊为iga肾病综合症 2012年3月确诊IGA肾病综合症。入院治疗时，尿蛋白3+，隐血3+，24小时尿蛋白定量5.4，双下肢有浮肿。经激素挂水转口服后，出院时，尿蛋白定量为0.9.目前出院不到一个半月，这期间做过三次检查，第一次24小时定量0.48,第二次0.62，最后一次又升了点，到0.98了。尿常规隐血1+，蛋白1+。不知道为什么蛋白又上去了呢，很担心啊。iga肾病的治疗，iga肾病综合症尿蛋白高怎么治好？
