桂林是全国五个联勤基地其中之一，是全国四十二个设警备区城市其中之一，地级市有九座城市设警备区，桂林占一座，桂林空军基地是很早就进驻歼10,歼11机型的空军基地其中之一，是地级市中用驱逐航命城市名的其中之一(地级市能有驱逐舰命名很少的)

其它我不知道 但是上海警备区确实是正军级 在上海那边带军训要有教官证（除了现役） 而教官证要考的 是警备区授予颁发的 上海学校很多 带个军训一天至少也有300以上 大部分500 再多一点的也有 还有各种军事文化拓展的机构和公司 待遇也不错
