请问photonvps客服:何时能给IP?

本人中国时间昨天下午提交的订单,一个VPS+8个IP.
很快收到开通邮件,但只给了一个IP,还差我9个.
发ticket问了,答复是:
you need to wait as currently we do not have any free on
same vlan.We will get back to you as soon as we assign ip to your vps.

好象是叫我等吧.我回复了:
if no 8 ips, i can't do anything!!!
when can you give me the ips? if it's too long, please close this vps and return my money.

想要多IP的还是用burst吧，不到0.5元一个ip

photonvps客服,再帮催一下.
给IP了,但说要等配置好才通,又快24小时了,还是不通.
真是急人啊

今天網路有問題　
我有跟上面反應
