We are currently re-imaging your 5 servers as well as approximately 16 other
customers servers at similar request times and as windows 2003 server is not one
of our supported OS's it takes longer than most to install as we must manually
install it from disc. I believe that we are currently on number 2 or three of
your servers and are working diligently to complete the other 2 -3. Please let
us know if you need further assistance regarding your account as we are working
on your server reloads and will release them as they complete.
