This paper is on how to improve the students the ability to speak and write articles.In this paper, the secondary school students at this level four ability and capacity to conduct an appropriate investigation. Found in enhancing the ability of the approach inadequate. Provided to improve and enhance the ability of four, and studied the relationship between them, they can explore jointly promote it.Most of the article is divided into three, namely : to improve the road and summary.
