个人倾向选B...即使说'i'm sure'，后面接first of all还是太突兀了，“首先我就没见过”是什么意思呢？而'at least'不妨可以理解成削弱语气：我确信没有鬼！至少我没见过...个人意见，请大家批评~

只能选B英语习惯The correct answer is B. You are sure that there is no ghost because you haven't seen one.Answer A is to explain why you don't believe ghost.If you use Fist of all, then you have to continue Second, Third....(hope it helps you)
