我也是自学的PS，当初报了一个银河的培训，去了没几天，只听了基本工具的用法，然后就自己看教程研究了，呵呵，网上教程很不错的，看书太死板了，我觉得结合图例看更好给你推荐一个网站，很不错呢http://www.68ps.com/jc/pic-meirong.asp从美化自己的照片片开始学吧
