i always get up at 7:30am,and after drinking a glass of water i go out for exercise.such as press-up, skipping,lift-up and jogging. it will take half an hour .then i go back home and cook the breakfast.for breakfast i often have one egg and some porridge.then i open the computer and surf the net. the lunch time is 12:00,i cook a course and 2steamed buns for lunch.i do not have a nap at noon. in the afternoon i watch tv and have something to eat as the afternoon tea.i watch tv for some hours till 7:30.then i close the tv andlisten to the radio. at about 10:00 i go to sleep.
