B。表语从句中谓语动词是agree和disagree 时都要用where。“这就是我不同意的地方”。类似的还有admit等

选Bdisagree 是不及物动词，如果要用的话需要说this is why I disagree with youwhere 可以代观点，看法。根据句意，原文的意思是：你说人生而平等，这我不同意。所以用wherewhat 也是，如果用它的话需要这样说this is what I disagree with
