Nowadays,the hotel industry is boomingly developing , we should not only stress on improvement on hardware facilities, but also strive on how to manage, how to improve the comprehensive quality of the hotel staff, implement the humanized management, through hotel experiences and communication with various layers of leadership, and bond with the previous research achievements of experts and scholars, this articole combines theory and practice,give a new definition of the humanized management, as well asa new understanding of the humanized management in hotel management position and function.It is not simply only the management, but also a great project in the culture construction of a hotel.
