04Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets at kc22. These rules cover all types of betting — Sports, Live, and Casino.

  • Minimum Bet: ৳10 per bet.
  • Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
  • Match Cancelled: If an event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be fully refunded.
  • Incomplete Match: In cricket, if a result cannot be determined via the DLS method, all bet stakes will be refunded. Once the minimum number of overs is completed, a DLS result will be considered valid.
  • Technical Errors: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a website or feed error, kc22 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.
  • Match Fixing: If match-fixing or betting based on insider information is proven, all winnings will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.
Live Betting Special Rules: During live betting, odds may update with a slight delay due to network latency. kc22 reserves the right to settle bets based on the odds in effect at the time the request was received.

05Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers at kc22 are governed by the general terms below. Individual offers may also carry their own specific conditions.

  • Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The bonus may take up to 24 hours to be credited.
  • Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered at least 15 times before a withdrawal can be made. For example — to withdraw a ৳1,000 bonus, you need to place ৳15,000 in bets.
  • Eligible Bets for Wagering: For Sports Betting, only bets with minimum odds of 1.50 count toward wagering requirements. In the casino, slots contribute 100% to wagering, while table games contribute 30%.
  • Bonus Validity: If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, the bonus will be forfeited.
  • Abuse: If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven — including through multiple accounts, a friend's account, or any other method — all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
Special Note: Cashback bonuses carry no wagering requirements — they can be withdrawn directly. The same applies to monthly bonuses for VIP members.

06VIP Program

Kc22's VIP program has four tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The conditions for qualifying and maintaining each tier are:

  • Tiers are determined based on monthly betting volume.
  • Tier reviews are conducted at the end of each month. Failing to meet the minimum monthly betting requirement may result in a tier demotion.
  • Kc22 reserves the right to adjust VIP benefits and cashback rates at any time, with at least 7 days' notice given beforehand.
  • If an account is closed or suspended, VIP benefits are automatically placed on hold.

07Data Protection

Kc22 treats the protection of members' personal data as its highest priority. Key principles governing data use:
