请问高手，so far/up to now/ until now/until this time 这4个短语都作‘迄今，到现在为止’解时有何区别？
你认为无区别，我觉得至少：1. I never realized I loved you until now.

not until （now ）的用法是 so far 和up to now 所没有的吧？
