C-反应蛋白与白细胞计数在儿科感染中的应用
【摘要】目的：探讨C-反应蛋白(CRP)和白细胞(WBC)计数联检与儿科感染性疾病的关系。方法：CRP检测采用全血快速胶体金双抗体夹心法。WBC计数采用血球分析仪测血常规。结果：1270例患儿中，外周血CRP含量增高有41.8%，WBC＞10×109 /L有44.4%.CRP与WBC同时增高有24.7%。有40.2%的患儿CRP与WBC在正常范围内。299例住院患儿中，153例患儿有明确病原学诊断。其中72例细菌感染患儿CRP值均＞32mg/L，而44例病毒感染患儿CRP最高值＜31mg/L。结论：快速CRP与WBC计数联检有助于医生对患儿病情进行初步甄别与判断，减少不必要的抗生素应用，对儿童的健康发育起积极作用。
