Using IRQ router PIIX/ICH [8086/7110] at 0000:00:07.0 <=这里是关键， invalid opcode: 0000 ... 你用的是什么类型的网卡？系统无法识别此网卡，所以安装不上。如果是8139网卡，看看BIOS里把网卡唤醒（wake on）设enable再试试！...
