Thank you for your application for a work visa. We received your application on 03 November 2008.
Our assessment of your application
We have completed a first assessment of your application and note that:
According to the Approve in Principle Letter issued to your prospective New Zealand employer, NZ Golden Star Food Ltd T/A the Happy House Restaurant, you should provide relevant Level 3 bilingual OSTA certificate and evidence of a minimum of 3 years’ verifiable work experience relating to the position of chef in Chinese cuisines. However, you have only provided a 4th Level/Medium Level OSTA certificate (Please note: 3rd Level OSTA certificate is Senior Skill Level) and your declared work experience in China is less than 3 years.
Given the reasons outlined above, we are not satisfied that you meet the requirement specified in the Approve in Principle Letter.
Furthermore, considering your current personal circumstances in China, we are not satisfied that you would have significant social or economic incentives to depart New Zealand after your proposed employment contract finishes.
We cannot give you an indication of the outcome of your application at this stage.
What can you do now?

1official and independent information that can show cumulative work experience, such as superannuation pension (养老金) annual statements, accident or disability insurance(意外伤害保险)contracts, labour handbooks(劳动手册) from the Talent Centre(人才市场)or Street Office(街道办事处) and social security fund annual statements issued by Social Security Foundation Management Centre （社会保险事业基金结算管理中心）. Please provide original copies of the above.
2 Substantial evidence to indicate your financial circumstances in China. Please note that all savings and investments should indicate at least six months’ history. Bank savings should be accompanied by bank certificates
3 Evidence of the highest level of your qualifications
4 Evidence of fixed assets (if any)
5 Any other information you would like to provide in support of your application.
What happens if you do not send additional comments or information?
If you do not send additional information by 10 a.m. 12 November 2008, we will make a decision on your application based on the information you have already given us. We are unlikely to approve your application based on the information you have given us so far.

1 这句话说劳动手册,我不明白是什么意思.厨师工作那个酒店或地方给办三险一金的,我都是自己去办保险,只个签证官不是难为我么?
他上面的条款是要我两本中英文对照国家劳务部门办法的厨师证么? 我英语真够烂的,还出国呢,干脆留国内算了.
2我在补充,(根本就没有任何材料能证明我工作资料的原件,除非开个真的证明,在去公证处公证)
3学历是高中学历,原件拿有点困难,复印件行么
