“实现……和提高……，还有很长的路要走”是翻译成“There is still a long distance to achieve……and enhance……”还是翻译成“There is still a long distance to achieve……and to enhance……”？为什么？在什么情况下只需要用一个to,什么情况下要两个都用？谢谢
