ORACLE8I怎么做增量备份？

如题，我们备份时就用EXP倒出的，倒出的文件3G多，得1个来小时才完事，另外还有没有别的好方法啊？

不能吧，就是拷文件3G多的文件还得拷一个来小时呢，你用15分钟？
我们的服务器是IBM的，型号忘了，CPU是PIII，1G内存，SCSI硬盘，但我们数据库是装在阵列上的！
