Our client, a well established growing organization, a leader in their industry, is seeking numerious hands on Finance Professional to assume the role of IT Auditor. You will assume the following responsibilities:
－Identify and assess risk associated with the Company's IT environment
－Conduct IT audits of applications, security, systems availability and data integrity
－Review all policies and procedures
－Bring any and all recommendations to the attention of Senior Management
－Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
You bring with you:
－CA/CGA/CMA/CPA/CISA designation with a minimum of 5-10 years hand on experience Working knowledge of platforms: Desktop; mainframe, AS/400; NT Servers, RS6000 Operating systems: Windows; AS/400, NT, Unix/AIX, DOS/VSE
－Outstanding interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills
－You are self motivated
－Demonstrated organizational, time management and multi tasking skills.

我的感觉怎么是工作经验应该更重要点吧。
CISA可是排在CA、CGA什么后面的呀。：）

我是CGA和CISA，从我的经验看，CGA可比CISA难考多啦。
我花了四年才考下来CGA，10几门呢，而且还得全部是一
次过。

这则招聘广告的意思是ca/cma/cga/cpa/cisa任何一种即可。
一般来说，这种职位的要求是ca/cma/cga/cpa中的一种＋cisa/cia中的一种的组合。
CGA确实很难考，主要是科目太多，相对来说，CMA好考，全部选择题，电脑考试，当时就知道知道成绩，不行的话很快又可以再考。

什么工作都是经验最重要啦，但是证书也证明了经历和能力。

同意。
其实现在仅仅只有一张CISA证书的人很少的(Pure CISA)，大多都是从其他领域延伸过来的，我见过的CISA中有以下几种来源：
CPA（AICPA、CGA、CICPA等）－>CISA, CISA成了他们原来专业（审计方面）的一种延伸；
ASAP等ERP实施顾问－>CISA, CISA成了他们原来领域的一种探索（象SAP实施过程中的PSI team－Process System & Intergity本来就是强调系统中的内控思想）；
OCP、MCSE、HPUX认证等系统管理人员－>CISA, CISA成了他们向管理靠近的一种尝试；
我想CISA本质上应该隶属于企业内审的范筹。

我认识的CISA中有类似的组合：
会计类：CICPA（中国注册会计师），AICPA（美国注册会计师），CGA（加拿大特许会计师），ACCA（英国特许会计师），CMA/CFM（美国管理会计师/财务管理师）；
审计及内部审计类：审计师，高级审计师，CIA（美国内部审计师）；
技术类：Cisco:CCIE，CCNA，CCNP；
Microsoft:MCSE；
安全类：CISSP；
学历类：MBA，Master。

国内恐怕难，考虑的是北美。
