1.Investigating marketing strategy, analyzing the tendency of this industry

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
1.Minimum 2 years prior research and administration experience, preferably some with multinational companies

POSITION:Punch Specialist(酒店开业专员)
DEPARTMENT:Operations
REPORT TO :Pre-Opening Director

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Rresponsible for inspections and punch processes required prior to the opening of any franchised or managed hotel, and timely reports to Pre-Opening Director .

2. Responsibility that the hotel adheres to the quality standards throughout total construction process

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Excellent external and internal interaction with Franchisee, Travel Distribution Partners, and Reservations, FS Department, etc.

2. Working efficiently with property team members to drive overall performance and enhance revenue
