Senior IT Manager - Business Systems
Location:
Shanghai
Responsibilities
- Reporting to DGM – IT, manage a team of 8 analysts and coordinate the development, implementation and roll-out of business application projects to meet operational needs.
- Lead and drive implementation of business applications such as sales, leasing, customer service, cost control management, point-of-sales and business intelligence systems, and development of e-business applications like Enterprise Portal and Community Forum systems.
- Head and orchestrate projects to meet the business and IT requirements within the cost and schedule constraint.
- Form partnership with business user community to ensure effective utilization of IT resource.
Requirement
- University Degree with minimum 12 years’ relevant working experience, with at least 6 years in management position.
- Have solid enterprise application development and implementation experience, familiar with project management methodology and process.
- Strong technical background in Microsoft .NET ASP/SQL/Sharepoint Portal and e-business applications.
- Hands-on working style with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team spirit and adaptability, good people management and team motivation skills.
-Must be a performance driven individual with strong sense of integrity and teamwork.
-Prior experience in mainland China is a must, with fluent oral and written English and Mandarin.
-Experience in retail and facility management industry is preferred.
