只是DB LINK出错，可以通过以下步骤解决：
1）执行SQL：select * from address@sqlsource@22_LOCATION1,查看是否有同样错误。
2）如果错误相同，说明sqlsource@22_LOCATION1这个DB LINK不对。
3）接着可以手工修改这个DB LINK或按以下解决方案做：

Cause
Reserve word "or" in the database domain name.
Fix
Workaround:
Remove reserve word "or" from the database domain name.
For example, change mct.co.marion.or.us to mct.co.marion.us.
