Core Responsibilities:
-Support Opportunity Owner in delivering a Proposal solution to the customer according to IBM business rules and processes, interface with existing support functions, (i.e. Contracts and Negotiations, Legal, Quality Assurance, Pricing, etc.

-Familiar with Telecom BSS/OSS solutions, EAI/middleware products, or electronic product IPD/CIM/Quality Management;
-5-year project management experience;
-SI/Consulting services experience;
-Pre-sale or sale support experience is a plus
- Good communication skills, self-motivated
