Title:SAP PP FMG Consultant
Location:Shanghai
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The SAP PP/PI deployment team member will be responsible for the following from a Production Planning and Execution perspective:
Organize and execute localization; perform and document Fit Gap analysis and data mapping, document change impacts, create functional specifications for FRICE objects.
Support successful Master Data conversion, execute data validation as it relates to SAP Production Planning.
Assessing and supporting the change implications to organizational design and work environment with the Deployment Lead and CIM to ensurebusiness readiness in the Division/Country
Support the Gap resolution process in close cooperation with Core Team
Prepare testing and training and support the Division/Country Team in execution
Support Change Management Activities (Academy, Change Impact Assessment, Communications,)
Execute user role mapping
Execute lead user training
Support Business Readiness (people, data, processes, procedures, technology)
Support stabilization and handover to Division/Country and Support Organization
Execute the migration plan and cutover
Execute the Specialist to Generalist process and the Knowledge Transfer from Consultants to internal teams
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 5 years of functional and configuration experience in SAP PP/PI, completing at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations involving Production Planning and Execution.Experience should include:Materials Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, Master Production Scheduling and Shop Floor Control.
Experience with SAP MRP and master data management (as it relates to PP/PI).
Strong understanding of of SAP Engineering Change Management.
Basic understanding of ABAP programming with debugging skills and good knowledge of working with user exits.
Strong cross-functional knowledge of core SAP modules, primarily a strong understanding of IM/WM and MM fundamentals and integration points.
At least 1 year experience in SCM APO - where integrated with PP.
Familiarity with PLM integration and global data governance principles.
Knowledge of SAP best practices; process improvement techniques; project planning and management, and familiarity with IT policies and standards.
At least 5 years experience in using Microsoft Project for project planning and other office tools for documentation.
7+years experience in working on large scale implementation projects.

Strong understand of the master data associated with QM and EH&S.
Basic understanding of ABAP programming with debugging skills and good knowledge of working with user exits.
Knowledge of SAP best practices; process improvement techniques; project planning and management, and familiarity with IT policies and standards.
