不是，就是宾语从句。He told me + 宾语从句也不是啊有没有转变过程。...

第一个也是间接引语。只不过因为叙述的事情还没有发生，所以时态保持了原样。第二句子：He told me that...也是间接引语。如：He said to me, "My father is a teacher."改为间接引语为：He told me that his father was a teacher....
