赞成worthy的译法；前后两位欠佳；玉米兄的译文与原句含义稍有偏颇，“即使”表让步，并非否定；第三位朋友提供的答案在下没有读懂。

这句话放到英语里人家会怎么理解？中国人已经没有君主制了，自然会想到安徒生童话，可是英国至今还是有王室的，“公主”和“王子”都同样是女王的孩子。
