不对！时态不一致啊，有过去时有现在时，应该为：I confirmed with Ms Li, she told me the meeting would be held at 9:30pm on 27 Oct.

不对！confirm是及物动词，其后须带宾语；再有，一般过去时后的情态动词will要改为would.整句话应该是：I confirmed this with Ms Li, she told me that the meeting would be held at 9:30pm on 27 Oct.
