不对，副词搭配错误。 not only 与(but) also 搭配使用，as well 单独使用。可以这么改：I not only play the guitar,I (but) also sing.或者改成I play the guitar,I sing as well.

不对。结构混杂了。not only ,but also一起的，应该是I not only play the guitar，but also sing.如果要用as well ,就说Ican play the guitar,and i can sing as well.
