答案：C
本题为何选C？不可以选D吗？选D我读着也挺通顺的呀
请高手从语法方面帮我解释一下。谢过~

本来应该是can't be ,但由于是过去式，所以用了couldn't be ，而mustn't be 是不准的意思...

d表示禁止，c表示不可能...
